Melice

As a clinical therapist and registered social worker in Toronto, Canada, I specialize in helping individuals overcome imposter syndrome.

With years of experience working in a Toronto Mental Health hospital, I have a deep understanding of the challenges faced by those struggling with feelings of self-doubt, even in the face of success.

Throughout my career, I have worked with a team I deeply respected, which reaffirmed my passion for mental health care. But the journey to where I am today wasn’t without challenges. I personally experienced imposter syndrome, self-doubt, and the difficulty of asking for help—especially because it is not part of my cultural norm. I know firsthand how isolating it can feel when you question your worth, despite your accomplishments.

Finding the right help is pivotal in overcoming feelings of inadequacy and perfectionism. When you find a therapist with a niche that matches your needs, the benefits are immediate.

I am solely committed to helping others navigate their own journeys through self-doubt, perfectionism, and imposter syndrome.

Do you relate with my story? What do you relate with?

  • The difficulty of asking for help

  • Not knowing were to begin

  • Cultural aspects

  • Being vulnerable

  • Taking risks to improve

  • Or is it all the above?

Thank you for being in my little corner of the World Wide Web. ~Melice
